Kunshan Yattao Chemical Co., Ltd. (Yattao ) and  Kingboard Laminates ( Kunshan) Co.,Ltd. ( Kingboard Kunshan )  are wholly  owned  subsidiaries of  Kingboard Chemical Holdings Limited. Kunshan Yattao Chemical was set up in 1994 , Kingboard Kunshan was set  up in  2000, both plants cover  an  area of  over 40,000 square meters each.

Equipped with state-of-the-art  production  facilities, both Yattao and Kingboard  Kunshan manufacture laminates with different specifications, such as FR-4, CEM-1, FR-2, FR-1, 22F, and environmentally safe laminates  etc.  The laminates are  primarily  used for  the  manufacture of electronics  product such as computers, televisions,  communication devices  and audio visual  devices etc. Together, both plants have an aggregate production capacity of over 1.6 million sheets of laminates per month , and are the major suppliers in the PRC, Hong Kong, South East Asia, Europe and US markets.
